Only 20 min walk to downtown. It is 5 mins by foot from the bus station. An iron, a multi-channel television and a DVD player were important for us.
The street, it was too noisy.

Food was gorgeous, staff was friendly. The family room we were given had an iron, flat-screen television and a clothes-hanging unit. The airport is 30 km away.
